Thankfully, Troy was working that night. He immediately put me at ease with his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help. He checked my battery and installed the new one quickly. If you want someone who actually cares about helping customers and doing things the right way, go see Troy. I’m incredibly grateful for his help tonight and will be choosing this AutoZone from now on. THANK YOU TROY!!!

I can say today that that was not at all the case with Robert today. He went the extra mile, helped me beyond what he’s required to, and was extremely professional and a pleasure to interact with today. Will be back to this location in the future, thanks.

One of the rare days it was raining cats and dogs in Vegas, but that didn’t stop them, and they stood out in the rain and helped change my battery with such a positive attitude! Definitely 10/10 experience and service!!

Waited in line Jimmy thought I was next but someone was in front of me so I told him I’m after the guy in front. He helps him then I’m next. I asked if he could search for me wheel rim center piece 2.125in diameter. I explained I tried to find online AutoZone but specs doesn’t show dimensions. He said I heard that before go show me proof. He then walks around while I search my phone and I find several options on AutoZone website but still no dimensions. He was shocked that AutoZone does sell it but also discovered the specific one by sku I showed had no dimensions. I asked if he could search for the 2.125in I need. He proceeds with sarcastically asking for the car make and model. I said can’t you just look up wheel rim center caps or something? He laughed in my face and asked again make and model of car. I cussed him out and left. Worst service ever at AutoZone.
