Amazing service, knowledgeable staff. I arrived less than an hour before closing, in dire need of a new battery. The gentleman checked my battery, then pulled a replacement and proceeded to swap it for me! No extra charge! I was in & out in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend!

i came in the store because I had a little bit of a startup issue. Hesitation, when starting my car, I checked it with my own multimeter. The battery out of the car held a 12.6 V charge in the car while terminals connected also held at 12.6 to 12.9 V, while the multimeter connected to the terminals securely. When cranking the car, the voltage does not drop below 10.5-11.2 volts. While idle and running , the car holds 13.7-14.4 V so i came to the store to get the battery charged after telling the associate Jacob and the manager Zachary of my own checking and finding that my battery only needed to be charged that they could run their check to see the thing same thing. I said and found so at store 6530 once we went outside to get the battery the associate jacob.I now have recording stating. He does not know how to pull a battery out. While we are standing at my car and asked me the customer, how to do it. The manager just wanted to say, inside, ohh, well, that just means the battery's dead will have to get you a new one. Without even realizing, the battery was good and just needed to be charged. It was only at about 80% and needed to be at a 100. The charging took approximately 6 minutes too 8 minutes confirming that it just needed to be charged. And it was already almost fully charged. Zachary was completely rude. Jacob was rude wound up cussing it me while having our interaction and Zachary. The manager handed me the tools implying for me to do it myself instead of them doing their job. I have no problem doing it myself. But the absolute disrespect and disregard for my knowledge or giving them my feedback of what I've done. And just trying to upsell me a battery. It's not customer service or friendly. I also saw the associate drop my battery, so in the future. If I have any issues, that are new I now know why when I asked politely and respectfully for the store information and zachary's name, he laughed and said, good luck has a longtime customer of autozone I find this highly disrespectful and completely unacceptable

Huge shoutout to Lance at AutoZone for going above and beyond. I recently had neck surgery and physically cannot lift or install a car battery. While other employees wouldn’t help, Lance stepped up without hesitation. He was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Lance truly deserves recognition. Thank you again, Lance—you made a stressful situation so much easier.
