- SCStacy CastorNov 2, 20251.0I have always had a great experience with the employees at this location but today Sunday 11/2/25 around 12:10pm we pulled into a parking spot my husband accidentally hit an employees car (no damages caused) and apologized. The employee Luis went on a rant and said explicit things to my husband. It’s beyond unprofessional to be wearing a company uniform and speaking to customers in the matter in which he did. I reported the incident to Sebastian who was understanding of the matter and apologized but still beyond unacceptable. I will not be doing business here if I ever have to deal with Luis!

Man at the registered gave me attitude and was trying to dismiss me throughout the whole interaction. I have never been treated this way in any other auto zone.
