I went there, was told to park, and one of their staff came out and diagnosed the battery as dying. He changed out the battery and I was on the road again in about 10 minutes, and cost less than the $550 deductible had I accessed my extended warranty. It was a great experience!

Called to ask if i could exchange and was told “we don’t know how that could have happened but we cannot return or exchange.” I’ve spent thousands here and 40 dollars isn’t worth the customer you just lost. There’s no way of telling if that was even 5W-30.
