  Be cautious of who installs your battery, came into this location last week for a new battery and a heavier girl with glasses helped me with the purchase. when I asked if she had someone that could help me install she was reluctant and said she wanted to see my vehicle to determine weather she could help or not, I told her it's fine if you can't or don't want to I just need help carrying the battery as I am 8 months pregnant and on restrictions from my Doctor due to high risk. She then was given some criticism from her supervisor and began insisting that she would do the install. It was obvious to me that she did not want or feel comfortable to, so I repeatedly told her it was OK I will do it I just need you to carry the battery due to my physical medical restrictions, she insisted. during the install she was incompetent on how to apply corrosion inhibitor and attempted to tell me that its applied after installing the clamps because "it will just be scraped off anyways". she also had a hard time operating a rachet. This evening while I was commuting to work, my vehicle lost power on the freeway near Decatur, I had to meauver oncoming traffic and get to the shoulder by coasting then get out just to find she did not correctly install my negative clamp to the battery and it had come completely off due to vibration. Luckily I had a ratchet for my battery on hand and was able to repair the issue immediately but I am furious that at 1145 pm 8 months pregnant on the shoulder of the busy 95 freeway I had to do this because of this workers negligence. This incident could have caused an accident or even mine or the life of my unborn child. Always double check the work of the associates.Dont trust their skills or vehicle knowledge.
