But Steven resolved my issue by identifying the root of the problem while educating me with the utmost professional customer care and expertise. I’m normally a stand offish person but literally hugged Steven in amazement & appreciation. Based on this one experience I’ll recommend Auto Zone to family & friends indefinately.
