The new store manager, Simon Flores, took the time to check things out and quickly figured out that my serpentine belt had come off. Not only did he explain everything clearly, but he went above and beyond by helping me put the belt back on — which saved me a lot of money and worry. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to help truly made my day. This is what excellent customer service looks like. I’m incredibly grateful and will definitely be coming back.

I explained that I recently unplugged my alternator to fix a valve cover gasket and he noticed I failed to reconnect my alternator wire correctly. He immediately went inside to grab his tools and fixed the problem. Battery light is gone and alternator was still working. Just a mistake on my part putting things back together as a newbie. Such a great experience at this store on Sky point drive!
- JKJay KilgoDec 4, 20255.0On yesterday i went to store 2244, was having issues with my “Throttle Position Sensor” i was going to speak with a Simon, at the time he was helping another customer, however two other members of the team, greeted and asked if i needed help until he was done, told them my issue, they not only pulled it up on the screen, the also found videos to help assist with the issues, the young lady and man found what i was looking for, the young man then took me to my car and the attempted to find suggestions on fixing the issues, Simon the cam out with screwdriver, pointed out where the issues is and what could be done to avoid costly repairs, also advising me on proper maintenance and steps to follow in order to keep some money in my pocket, im truly appreciative for that store and team, just there willingness to help, was far more than what i expected. Thank yall
