He's not just selling products and fixing my brake lights but he taught me some pointers to ensure my car is safe to drive like the wiper shield and what are good quality features of the products. So, I just waited on the phone to see if I could get any help. Finally after 28 minutes waiting on the phone Astrid, finally picks up the phone. He noticed how long I waited and apologized quickly after hearing how upset I was. He said he’ll talk to the crew after he gets off the phone. Nothing serious, but get your team straight autozone.

I walked in and there was a white male with blond hair, and tattoos (didn’t catch his name). He asked if I know how to do the diagnostic by myself, I answered no? He then handed me the scanner and told me to go do it myself. I thought he was joking, I ended up doing it myself. Once I went back in to get the results he rudely explained what was wrong with my car, and spoke to me as if I was stupid when I asked him what the car terms he was using means. Horrible customer service, never want to come to this location again🫠
