Patrick was extremely helpful, took the time to assist me, and even let me borrow a screwdriver so I could remove the screw and compare it properly. His customer service completely turned my experience around. If it weren’t for Patrick, I wouldn’t consider coming back to this store.

Felipe told me the exact problem and how I could fix it. He gave me options and locations for where I could fix the problem. He also offered to check my battery in which we also found out I had a bad battery as well. Felipe also had great manners and was just very polite and helpful all together.
