After I purchased it I waited for over 35 minutes and they still couldn’t find time to install it and asked me to come back another day. I came back the next day at the same time waited for 45 minutes And they said the same thing, try coming back another day. When I got home, I realized the battery they gave me had leaked acid all over the floor of the backseat where they put it. I returned for the third time And waited a half hour To speak with the manager for him to tell me “ I mean, we can return the battery. But as far as ruining your car, there’s nothing I can do. Oh and we don’t have any more batteries so it would take about a week for us to order it.” MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. Horrible customer service. It’s your battery. You put in my car and your brand new battery leaked all over the place???! Not asking for it to even be repaired…but nothing? Not even a new battery?!!

I asked if there was a chance he could replace them for me and he took the time to help me out. I'm so grateful that he had the humankindness to take the time out of his day and replace these for me.
