I have to say Ezekiel Ramzi is a true treasure and I am certain - he is a valued employee (if he isn’t he certainly should be). He works at Store #5737. Ezekiel went above and beyond when he and a customer came to my aid on Monday night around 8pm. I had just left the hospital driving home when I accidentally hit a curb and sustained a complete tire blowout. I came rolling into the AutoZone parking lot so as to get off the main road. I had no idea what I was going to do, as I am from Denver, driving my brother’s car, and not familiar with the area or businesses in Vegas. The AutoZone customer asked me if things were ok and, of course, things were not ok. Somehow Ezekiel saw this as well and both proceeded to get the spare tire out of the trunk and between the two of them they changed my tire and told me where I needed to go to get a new tire and rim. It was late, it was dark, and they just hunkered down and got it done. I am beyond grateful and will always think of AutoZone for anything auto! Thank you for having an outstanding employee such as Ezekiel Ramzi!

a godsend. i went to 4 autozones, 2 walmarts and an o'reillys just looking for a 16qt drain pan and NONE of them had it except this one. i called ahead, and Will put it on hold for me, since it was the last one in stock. Derek rang me up, and both were so kind and helpful. truly top tier costumer service over here. these guys rock

Ive made so many trips to AutoZone but this trip was worth taking the time to leave a review. Sharon Peachy was the most pleasant, helpful and professional employee I’ve ever dealt with. She was extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
