  Came in on a rainy and cold day for a new battery and was helped diligently by Raphael from this store. Found the right replacement for my dead battery and INSTALLED it for my wife and I, saving us the hassle. He didn't hesitate to grab his tools and met us outside in the COLD RAIN! We were in and out quickly and went on with our day. Raphael turned a shitty day into the best one thanks to his excellent customer service and performance. THANK YOU Raphael

  I've been here a few times most of the employees are great a few bad apples but that's all businesses but one thing that gets me so angry is these people that come in and can't speak English, I had to learn when I moved here, these people that get mad because the employees can't speak there language they even try to use the converter on the phone and these people get more angry. This is America, you moved here speak English!

  This girl Marshall was calling for the manager more than 5 times so she started to juggle 2 different registers and the manager dident want to come out at all and then Marshall was going to help me put in my battrry so the manger had to come out and took over the registers

  This AutoZone location is amazing. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted very nicely. I was looking for some oil and they offered to help me put it into my car. They help me find the best price and even offered some coupons. The story is very nice and clean. It does not have a funky smell.

  Right over here, the auto zone on mojave and desert Inn the young lady that helped me Marshal Martel she was very courteous and friendly and very professional. And her managers were very kind enough to let her come out. And help me put all my seat covers on and the store looked great.And all the stuff was wonderful,
