She helped me return brakes that didn't fit my car, despite using the AutoZone app that match my car. She gave me the return since it was a credit and found the brakes that fit my car. She was so sweet and helpful I really appreciated her concern. While she was helping me she answered the phone, helped her coworkers, and welcomed other customers. I've been here twice and haven't see any other associate work so hard with the the level of professionalism she has. I think her efforts should be recognized. Also, I really appreciate that this store is open 24 hours. It saved us when we burned out a fuse on our AC unit and this store had exactly what we needed at 3am.
- ABApril BocholisOct 9, 20255.0This store and its staff saved our trip. Traveling up I-15 through the desert our alternator failed. After another Auto Zone found the part we needed at this store, we arrived and the staff allowed me to do the repair in their parking lot. Bear in mind we were towing a 27 foot camper at the time. It was 97 degrees outside and the staff said we could bring our dogs inside if we needed to. He even offered additional tools if I needed them. What great service! Long story short, the repair was made and we continued to Valley of Fire state park. I fully intend to tell my local Auto Zone here in North Carolina how to treat visitors in distress. Thanks so much.
