âïž 1-Star Review: Absolutely Terrible Experience at AutoZone
I am BEYOND frustrated with my recent visit to AutoZone. I went in specifically to get the correct oil for my car, gave them my exact make, model, and year, and somehow they STILL sold me the WRONG oil. Not only did I trust their âexpert advice,â but I ended up wasting my time, my money, and risking damage to my engine because of their incompetence.
How hard is it to look up the right product in the system? Thatâs literally their job! Now I have to drain and replace the oil AGAIN because someone there couldnât be bothered to double-check the information. Completely unacceptable.
I will NOT be returning to this location. If you value your car (or your sanity), double-check EVERYTHING they tell youâor better yet, just go somewhere else. AutoZone needs to seriously retrain their staff, because this was a ridiculous and avoidable mistake. Also iâve never felt so uncomfortable or disrespected at a store in my life. After making a simple return on the car oil, the manager actually followed me outside the store. I thought maybe she needed to tell me somethingânope. Instead, she walked outside of the store and took a picture of me sitting inside of my car. Absolutely unbelievable.
There was no explanation, no reason, nothing. Just intrusive, unprofessional, and downright creepy behavior. A return should never turn into someone invading your privacy like that. I left feeling shaken, uncomfortable, and honestly violated.
I will NOT be coming back to this AutoZone, and I strongly suggest others be cautious. No customer should have to deal with something like this. Completely unacceptable.
