  I’m really grateful for this shop. They took the time to do a thorough, deep diagnostic instead of guessing or trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. They actually listened to what my car was doing, explained everything clearly, and found the real problem that other places missed. Super Honest, knowledgeable, and patient, exactly what you want when you’re stressed about your car. I finally feel confident about what needs to be fixed and why. Highly recommend if you want straight answers and quality work.

  My wife helped an out-of-state friend find a good local mechanic, and she took the car to Auto Dynamic Services. Jorge at ADS is extremely helpful and accommodating. The work was often completed before the estimated time, and the pricing was better than the estimates at the dealership. Jorge was upfront and honest about the cost of the repairs, and offered great advice as to what was a necessary repair and what was simply cosmetic. Jorge even helped our friend get an additional key fob for his car that the dealership would not provide. Great, solid, honest mechanic.

  I had an issue with my 2018 Ram 3500 while visiting Las Vegas. Just as we were about to head back home, my truck started shaking badly. I needed help urgently because I couldn’t take my horses back to California in that condition. I called Auto Dynamic Services, which was the only shop open on Sunday, and Jorge got me in right away. My wife and I were expecting the worst, but it turned out to be just a bad tire. The technician swapped it with the spare, and the problem was immediately resolved. This is a very honest operation. Anyone else could have recommended unnecessary repairs just to make more money. We truly thought it was a major issue and were prepared to pay much more, but Jorge only charged us $75. Thank you, guys, for your service and honesty.

  Jorge and his team did a great job, he has great customer service which can be hard to find at an auto shop. They’re so fast and efficient. He will tell you straight up they are a bit pricier than other shops, but you get what you pay for - customer service, efficiency, and quality. Call him with an issue, he’ll tell you just come in, no appt or waiting days to come. And they have Easy pay financing. I had my fuel pump replaced on my Cadillac SRX. I picked it up, another sensor came on. He told me come back, did another inspection no charge, and found the problem and already had the solution ready. Parts ordered and on the way, and gave me a loaner car no extra charge, since it was gonna be a few days for the part. He knew I was trying to pass the smog, I came to pick up my car today, signed some papers and he handed me a paper that said smog check - PASSED. No charge for that either. Idk if they do smog checks there or he took it somewhere but to me that’s 5 star customer service. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you guys!!

  Regarding Auto Dynamic Services LLC workshop... I would like to express my personal opinion, without it constituting a different viewpoint from other customers, which I respect. However, I reiterate both the professionalism of their employees and their kind and courteous treatment, always explaining the analysis and possible solution to the car's problem, and never making excuses. Automotive mechanics is a science, and as such, solutions can be found, but sometimes the desired outcome isn't achieved. No task is easy in any field of activity. Therefore, I am personally convinced that the workshop and its employees are fully committed to finding the right solutions. I accept that someone may not agree with my comments, and that is perfectly legitimate. I will simply conclude by saying: I consider Auto Dynamic Services LLC workshop an excellent option for any car.
