- GAGuy asherAug 30, 20251.0Have shopped at Albertsons for 40 yrs. I have even used this gas station which is 5 mins from the house. Manager is great but the newest help is so rude I won’t go back to any store. I gave it several tries to make sure it wasn’t me in a bad mood but treatment is always the same.
- TWToni WJul 15, 20251.0I have purchased gas here a few times and when I use my debit card it says authorizing $200. I freaked a bit but got gas and closed out pump. Today I got $15.00 in gas and this time it said $126.00 pre authorized. I got my gas and went to work. I went to use my card later and my balance was 0!!!. I checked my account and they have a pending charge of $105.00!!. I have no money left. My bank said they put a hold on funds to make sure the charges go through. They already did but now they have all my money until they release it which is 4 days later!!. I am furious and how do I get by with not a penny to my name? This should be illegal! BE WARNED....STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU DONT MIND THEM KEEPING HUNDREDS FOR A TINY AMOUNT OF GAS!!!! SHAME IN YOU ALBERTSONS¡!!!!!!!!!!!
- JRJason RosalJun 8, 20251.0Was there around 3pm today at pump 3, son went inside to pay but there was problems with the pump not dispensing so I went in the store to request to transfer to pump 1, the cashier a middle aged man with a beard told me theres nothing he can do and he will give me a number to call to get my money back, I suddenly became Irate and the other employee a older bald man came to ask what was going on, I explained and afterwards he said don't worry and fixed the problem. I went out to pump pump and all was good, the older man should be commended and the middle aged bearded man should be fired, not taking the initiative to make things right, leaving me to hang. I will pursuit this so this may never happen again.
