  He charged is a good deal for 2 windows but when we asked for a price on a third window it was over half the price on the two windows . His technician victor lacks in customer service skills and saying please and thank u are foreign concepts to him . I believe Sal thinks that because he offered me a good price on two of the windows he could charge me an exorbitant amount on the third window . I voiced my concerns and even gave him an opportunity to make it right but he not only wouldn’t accommodate me , he was defensive and unapologetic. It was almost double the price to do a window and we spent almost $700 to do 3 windows . We were going to take our cars there had he accommodated us (another $600)but his refusal to placate and his unapologetic tone swayed us from doing so . You might pay less (you might not also ) with Sal but you will sacrifice things like customer service . You can also hear victors loud music blaring through his headphones . He also was looking for his tape measure (which was on the kitchen table )and threw an object of mine on the floor . Sal said if I’m not happy to go somewhere else (another great customer service trait).if a customer is unhappy and u tell them to go somewhere else and you don’t say I’m sorry u aren’t happy how can I make this right . $700 might not be a lot to some people but it is to us and I feel our business wasn’t appreciated. Also Sal didn’t check to see if we were happy with the job or send us a thank u fir ur business text or nothing . If u have the means go to one of his more expensive colleagues. U might pay more ( depending on the window) but maybe u will get treated better and more professionally. I guess u sacrifice some things to get it done cheaper . Customer service doesn’t cost anything . I’m sure he will be fine I mean he left $600 on the table so I don’t think he will be hurting by our lack of business but telling a customer they should go elsewhere is the worse thing u can say to a dissatisfied customer . However That is exactly what we are going to do . in response to yor response of my negative review i say that i now know where victor gets his customer service skills or lack there of. im curious if you are this rude and insulting to other customers. i think maybe so. it shows a lack of class to belittle and question their integrity of your customers just because they say something other than u r the best. you are arrogant and even though you are cheaper than most the customer will sacrifice good customer service by going through you. Id rather pay more and be treated better than you did. also this is one of the first reviews people will see so if just one person is detered to come to u from this review,it is a success. i will say thank you unlike your employee or you did. i found someone comprable to you and hes much nicer

  Did a good job, I recommend them for sure! Just as a heads up, living in vegas with a dark car color- the tints started peeling(not the businesses problem). They are still in good use but I will need to have them redone if I want them to be fresh looking. I want to go back and get my front window tinted. I definitely recommend this company! Super workable and kind. Took a few hours I believe but I was entertained by the doggies! Got mine done back in 2021 and they’re still holding up well!

  After calling numerous different companies Sal was the only one that made me believe he wanted my business. Had my wife's new camaro tinted. Him and his crew did a excellent job and the price was unbeatable. Very welcoming atmosphere and the couch was comfy as we waited. Job was done to perfection in about an hour. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for tint.
