Nestor had me in and out in less then 10 minutes I’d say, he provided me with a beautiful upgrade that made my trip more enjoyable, and gave excellent customer service. Strongly recommend this location, will rent again. (:
*UPDATE*
While my experience at this location was great, I’m now, 3 days later, getting a report of damages found. In the photos they provided, there’s literally no damage. I have extensive photos of before and after my reservation, the car is 1:1. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for the last 2 hours and have been hung up on 3 times.

Der Sixt-Standort in Las Vegas ist eine große Enttäuschung. Die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich, unmotiviert und in keiner Weise hilfsbereit, morgens 8 Uhr und der Mitarbeiter schläft quasi hinter dem Theresen. Man hatte den Eindruck, sie seien verschlafen und genervt, statt kundenorientiert zu arbeiten.
Fragen wurden lustlos beantwortet oder komplett ignoriert. Servicegedanke gleich null. Für die Preise, die Sixt verlangt, ist dieses Verhalten absolut inakzeptabel.
Ich kann diesen Standort 0,0 empfehlen!!!

I usually have good experience with soft but they need to retrain the employees at this Las Vegas location, the guy literally tried to make me get their insurance after I declined it online and in person because I have my own. Like am I the customer or are you? He wouldn’t stop insisting I get their insurance until I said I wasn’t going to continue with the booking.

I have been verbally abused by michael and it was witnessed by multiple employees. I was told they were denying my business when I asked what I did wrong he stated we have the right to refuse service to anyone I asked to speak to a manager michael then stated there wasn't one available I was then told I could rent the vehicle if I stopped talking and wrote a good review all this because he said my Apple Card had to have physical numbers on it which he's misinformed on. Was overcharged wasn't explained anything and I couldn't question anything because he said I couldn't talk. I hope the manager checks the video cameras there's not a chance that man deserves to work another day there and honestly I deserve the biggest apology possible

Rented a BMW to drive out to a state park. The rental said "or similar". I emailed them 2 or 3 days before to say if they did not have the bmw series 2, to upgrade me to a higher class BMW and I would be happy to pay the difference. Less than 24 hours from my pick up time they sent me an email saying my reservation was canceled. With now reason as to why. And no contact number to call. I remembered there was a previous email from them that had a what'sapp option so I contacted them and they told me they canceled the reservation because they did not have the car I wanted. They told me the car was an "on request" car only. I looked everywhere for those words "on request" and did not find them. The agent said that it is not posted for us to see. It is only on their end.
I checked the app to see if they still had any BMW's to rent the next day. The one I originally reserved for. There were 2 still available. The company did not offer me either one of those, or another car. Maybe it's because I told them I didn't want another car, but they could have offered me one of the other BMW's that I told them I would be ok with.
So it seems like they pull a bait and switch. I wonder if they even have BMW's to rent at all?
Besides any of that, please do not rent from a company that will just cancel your reservation less than 24 hours from the time you need the car. And offer no reason. I do have all of my emails form them and my WhatsApp chat .I am going to send a complaint to the FTC, the Nevada Consumer Complaints department, the BBB, and whoever else I can. I would love to find out what the percentage of people that rent BMW's actually get BMW's or end up getting the "or similar"
