  We are ready to buy a camper for our family. Drove down to the Las Vegas location and had a bad experience. Didnt seem like they wanted us there or to get us the trailer we won’t. We looked on line at a few that we wanted to get and have cash in hand for and went in and prices were a lot higher than advertised. We wanted to look at others because of that but didn’t get to see much. Sales person just kept pushing us in a direction on trailers that we weren’t interested in. All the sales person wanted to know and pushed us is finding out what our monthly payment would be.(we did not say anything about having the money to just pay outright which is what we do every time we go to dealers) We will be taking our business elsewhere!

  We were kept waiting for hours to get an answer as to whether or not we could finance a unit. Finally, the finance person told us that he was too busy to meet with us, but he would call us later that day or evening. We never heard back from anyone.

  BUYER BEWARE OF USED TRAILERS……! Bought a 2023 last year they do not inspect under the bed. I had a Broken piece that caused water to leak Causing mold on the plywood and mattress had to replace both. Only filled up the water twice causing water damage. Thankful didn’t use more often. They need to add another point to their inspection. Besides that great sales ppl and amazing parts department.

  Just bought a used class C RV from Rv World and I am very happy with my experience in the unit I picked up. Joseph Was my salesman and he always got back to me and answered all the questions I had right away and helped accommodate the sale very well. I also want to give a special shout out to Oscar, who was my technician that walked me through everything and also helped me learn how to use the RV. He went above and beyond and you can just tell how knowledgeable he is and how much he cares about the customer and their RV. Definitely ask for Joseph and Oscar and I would recommend buying from this place!

  Attempted to purchase a Travel trailer. Went back and forth with my sales person Tj( who did a great job communicating and working with me) Followed up several days later, advised I wanted to move forward I already had my loan approved with my bank and they just needed the purchase order to issue the check and that I would come that night to pick it up. after 5 hours finance finally calls me .. Tries to push letting them do the finance through the same lender to "get a lower rate". I advised i did not want to rerun my credit i just needed purchase order. I was trading in our family trailer which is in a family members name and they were going to come down to sign for trade and power of attorney. Then it became they cant do that (which i have numerous times done this) then it was because sales tax credit.. then he was going to look into it and still no call back. Called the next day no answer, asked TJ he advised he was going to check on it. Then the new issue was negative equity from trade going to new loan. I ALREADY HAD THE LOAN APPROVED for the full amount and just needed the paperwork to pick up the check. Apparently this is too complicated for finance to handle or they are to pissed that I was not doing the finance through them. Absolute waste of my time when I could have spent my time and energy on a purchase elsewhere.
