  I’ve always had great experiences at this particular location, and today was no different. Definitely a five star experience and these workers here make sure to go beyond their training to help you out as much as they can. I want to give a special shout out to Genet and Ana, who both helped me to do a battery swap/purchase while at the store.

  Nichole was a very helpful person. Most of the staff didn't seem as prepared or as capable as she was. She was a great leader from what I saw. And had great initiative and overall great help when it came to providing a service.

  The customer service here was awful. Someone cut in front of me in line and was assisted before me after waiting in line for a while barely standing due to my disability. When Patricia finally decided to assist me, I let her know that I needed new head and tale lights but I didn't know if I had bulbs around led lights. Usually, when I don't know the specifics on what I need, an AutoZone rep would check for the customer. Patricia and Nichole said that I needed to check it myself. U asked if I needed to go to another AutoZone and Patricia said, no and she basically said to check myself. And Patricia just rolled her eyes and that was that. I tried to call the store manager Tyrone Briggs, but Patricia answered the phone and I know I wasn't gonna get any help from her. I also called the other two numbers to report the situation, but no luck there. If you are looking for the expected customer service that is usually provided by AutoZone, DON'T COME HERE!!!
