- OMOMG M5 days ago2.0I went to this sore(auto zone ) while I head to work to buy oil & filter then I wait in line until they call me but the lady forget her name call me & I told her I need oil and filter then someone is coming behind me standing right next counter asked her his issue about his battery then she moved over there and totally ignore me and serve him even she didn’t say anything at least sorry whatever the reason is then I ask the other employee what’s going on he take care of me & say apologize for the situation,I never left review anywhere before but this experience makes me pissed I hope this lady learn from this ,this sore use to be my favorite one for more than 12yrs but today ….

- EDE DMar 7, 20261.0So I just sat on hold on the east tropical kind of location for 25 minutes. I call this location same damn thing. Do not answer the phone. If you have a customer in front of you or make one of your employees that are doing something other than their job. Answer the phone you guys just wasted 45 minutes on my life. Thank you for 0 help, and you Wonder why people are going to Amazon. My money is way better off somewhere else.Your employees are rude and disrespectful to people in front of them and people on the phone
