  Took my battery in to be charged a young white guy and older Hispanic man working the counter. Told me to come back 1:30 later. When I went back the older Hispanic guy said the battery was bad and smelled like rotten eggs when they tried to charge it. I took it to the auto zone on nellis and they charged it no problem works just fine. These scammers wasted 1:30 hour of my time.

  Went in to buy brake pads, after not having in stock the employee said there's others stores. I waited for him to say he'll look for what store has them in stock and he just said other location. I ask where the stores exact location or which is closest ,and he just turned the screen more toward me. 90% of the times I know they always look for which store has items in stock automatically but it's like he was rushing and had a bad attitude+ demeanor. I would've ask but I already knew he wasnt trying to help so I just left and called around instead. Now this is the 2nd time I had a bad experience there in 2 months.. Also a worker started playing music on his portable speaker real loud w curse words and there was 2 kids inside. 1 with his mom at the counter and another kid walking around. I thought what's going on here. Definitely will take the extra drive to skip this store

  I have always had a great experience with the employees at this location but today Sunday 11/2/25 around 12:10pm we pulled into a parking spot my husband accidentally hit an employees car (no damages caused) and apologized. The employee Luis went on a rant and said explicit things to my husband. It’s beyond unprofessional to be wearing a company uniform and speaking to customers in the matter in which he did. I reported the incident to Sebastian who was understanding of the matter and apologized but still beyond unacceptable. I will not be doing business here if I ever have to deal with Luis!
