  Call the store put on hold more than once. The lady was very rude. They didn’t send me a text confirmation that my order was ready. Had to call back again. The lady that works in the back other part of the store actually answered the phone and told me that my order is ready Got to the counter again. After a 30 minute lineThe lady was rude. Wouldn’t even give me a receipt.

  I arrived at 9.40 pm, no one was at my workplace, and 10 minutes later an employee showed up and said they were on a system break. A lot of people gathered. And when everything was working, I asked to open the door to take the goods and pay for them myself. I was told that I needed a minute. I waited for another 5 minutes, after which he just got up and went to change the battery. I went up to him and asked him to just open the door, because I've been waiting for 30 minutes for them to start working. I got rejected because he's busy again! The incompetence of the people working there is simply off the scale!

  Super uncomfortable experience. Didn’t expect an employee to be more focused on my man than her actual job. Flirting is one thing, but sending him photos while you’re clocked in? That’s not confidence, that’s lack of professionalism. AutoZone might want to check what their staff is doing behind the counter.

  Wouldnt trust this AutoZone. What they did was charge my stepdad twice on some brake pads. He didn’t notice it till the next day he went to go try to getting his money back and they told him they couldn’t do anything so he called corporate and corporate said that they couldn’t do anything that he needed to go back to the location. They’re both playing games. Nobody wants to do anything and then the brake pads that they did give him that was in the box were the wrong ones and supposedly didn’t match the numbers so they like to scam people. So make sure that if you buy stuff from there, open the box and make sure it’s the right number and matches your receipt or else there’s a scammers won’t do anything for you.
