  AutoZone 2211 strikes AGAIN!! Big shout to Sandra Nevarez, CSM, who not only came to aide the understaffed DIY end of the store, but also helped me with my purchase AND expedited my order that would have otherwise been available one week later. Thank you so much Sandra for your help, I know everyone else appreciates your help also. Regional management recently replied to my previous experience by saying they appreciate their employees; I say talk is cheap. I sincerely hope they start SHOWING they appreciate their employees, who are directly responsible for AutoZone sales and customer satisfaction.
