I was in Vegas less than one week when my transmission failed. Al and Mario not only accurately diagnosed the issue BUT instead of taking advantage of me recommended I take my vehicle to Ford first so my service contract would not deny partial coverage. They could have done the work then stuck me with a large portion not covered by the 3rd party contract. I would have lost my car. Then, instead of their normal diagnostic rate, they charged me only 25% ($30). If you are looking for honest, fair, and knowledgeable automotive professionals go to these kind folks!
