- BOBrandon OwenFeb 24, 20261.0I'm a professional driver and use the professional driver app for shower reservation so I don't have to talk to people. Lady ran out of The maintenance closet required me to give her my PIN before I entered my shower I reserved. I refused and I covered up the pin so she couldn't get my PIN and I told her do not open my door while I'm in there. This place needs to get with the times who puts foamy hand soap dispensers in the showers. That is disgusting. I give it zero stars. For abrupt rudeness, and nasty showers.

Almost $7 for a gallon of water and when questioned as to why since other pilot/flying j truckstops charge less than half that he got mad and said we r not a pilot/flying J except the signs say it is. Nothing is priced and they look annoyed when u ask how much.

- ABAshley BurtonJan 10, 20261.0The showers here are absolutely disgusting. The coffee is extremely watered down and horrible. I asked staff to reclean the showers, and they still didn’t clean them properly—there was hair in the sink and hair all over the toilet. I will never take a shower here again. On top of that, instead of fixing the issue, they blamed the previous shift. That’s not how a workplace should operate—this is supposed to be teamwork, not finger-pointing. Between the filthy showers and the terrible coffee, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
