  This is the 2nd month that I have received a charge after canceling my account. They said it was deleted in January, and again February, now I received another fen charge. You cannot cancel your accounts. The kids don't know what to do when you ask them to cancel. The last time they said it was canceled and fosho wouldn't be charged. Now WTH do I need to do, they are completely incompetent and they don't care. Give me my fen. Money

  I would give this location zero stars if I could. I was lured in by a "special" quoted by a sales agent at the Lake Meade location: $9.95 for the first month and $30/month moving forward for TWO cars. I even have this agent on camera confirming these exact terms. Instead, I was slapped with a $65.00 bill. When I reached out to resolve the discrepancy, the nightmare continued. I was promised a callback from the Lake Meade management that never came—I’ve been waiting two weeks. When I followed up, the representative was unhelpful, dismissive, and ultimately HUNG UP ON ME when I asked to speak with a manager. I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect by a business. If you value your money and your time, stay far away from Quick Quack. They engage in deceptive pricing and have the worst customer service I’ve encountered in Henderson. My next stop is filing a formal complaint with the Nevada Attorney General. You’ve been warned.

  I went on March 7th, the far right check in lane that I was in, had an uneven height bar that i was told by staff several times I was good to go under. The bar ended up scratching the passenger side of my roof in several spots. A report was filed by the kid at check in (a manager never came out to look, or talk to me), i have sent 2 emails to the email they give, and multiple phone calls of a pre-recorded message saying they're unavailable because they're tending to their flock. It's been 3 weeks and they have failed to contact me about the damage to my new truck. Stay away!

  Have a month membership that carried over. Their license plate scanner still isnt working or kinda working. Waited 5 minutes before an employee saw me sitting there, then was given the 1 ginger to wait as a different employee came out to help me. Even tried honking my horn before the employee saw me and nothing. The previous carwash left a very bad impression. This new one isnt impressing me at all.

  Super friendly staff, especially Aubrey the cashier helped out with my questions, and more. They were very helpful to navigate my membership, just super friendly and was very easy to talk too, didn't feel like I had to be nervous about asking anything.
