- JZjoel zapalowskiApr 4, 20261.0Very un happy to pay $93 for an oil change and after leaving I hear a flapping noise under the car my skid plate was not secured and this is the second place that did this to my car last time I didn’t catch it until I was on the freeway and it flew off and had to buy a new skid plate because it tore the screw hole out. I went back and they fixed that mistake then I go home and it noticed my radiator over flow was below the low line and the cap wasn’t on and on my paperwork it says level ok I called him and he said he checked it him self and it was good. Not happy at all about this experience.

- JAJackie AgainMar 11, 20261.0I went there today to get an oil change. And the I stopped when I rang the bell and then they came over and said that I was about to run over the to dry the wet paint. So I backed up and went to lane 3, and then the young man is asking me to pull in, however, I didn't do it exactly how he said and he said, *back up just back up, I guess you're doing your own directions now*. So basically I did not get my oil change because they have adolescents working there with no customer service abilities. I'm, I am a senior so no respect. Unfortunate, as I have been going to this Jiffy Lube, for 10 years to get my oil changes and I backed out and went somewhere else.
