I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 90K Miles service at Findlay Toyota Henderson, NV, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. I would like to extend my gratitude to my Service Advisor, Fernando Luna, who kept me informed throughout the entire process. His professionalism, courtesy, transparency, and helpfulness were truly impressive. I would also like to thank Eric, who kindly assisted my advisor with replacing my key fob battery at the last minute.
Thank you very much. I appreciate all of your assistance.

On Friday April 3 2026 at 7:15 am i brought my 2013 Lexus RX 350 SUV
for a scheduled service appointment.
I was greeted by Service Advisor Xavier Walker who was very professional.
I went to the waiting room which was spacious with big screen TVs and delicious snacks and coffee.
While waiting Service Technician William Mort text me with a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle.
I was really impressed by his knowledge.
Service Advisor Xavier Walker suggested that he would get a loaner car for me. So I didn’t have to wait for the four or five hours for the Repair. WOW - Super First Class Service.
I went over to Findlay Toyota loaner department and spoke with Dallas & Steven who provided outstanding service. They gave me Toyota Corolla.
When i picked up my SUV it drove like new. Truly no one can Beat the First Class Service that Findlay Toyota provides.
I would Highly recommend this dealership for all your service and new Car needs.

I had an excellent experience at Findlay Toyota. Jesse was fantastic from start to finish — attentive, friendly, and quick to take my concern seriously. I came in with a strange vibration, and he immediately connected me with a supervisor who was able to diagnose the issue just from the test drive. Their expertise and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. Overall, a great experience and I truly appreciate the level of care they provided.
Where's the option for zero stars? Went in since they are part of the Costco Auto Shopping program. They're supposed to provide Costco member only pricing sheet. Asked for it 3 times, never got it. Then our salesperson Moses brought over some other guy, Alex I think, who was saying they were having lots of problems with their Internet (yeah right), so they couldn't get us the sheet. Then just wrote -750 on a sheet of paper he had in his hand. What a waste of time! Then he didn't want me walking out with the original price sheet. "Well you obviously don't need it" he said. So rude! Be warned, they don't really want to honor the supposed Costco prearranged pricing.

Had added a second, generous star, but just looked and Findlay Toyota lied about service and tire rotation getting done to the vehicle and posted it to Carfax. Below is the complete experience I had.
Dropped off my truck before work, told the service advisor, Armando, what I was feeling while driving it and what my experience had been in the past with Tacomas. $175 diagnostic fee ($148 after an online coupon).
Roughly an hour later, I received an email informing me I needed $5800 worth of work to the truck. The cause of the symptoms was, according to Findlay, needing to replace the torque converter ($4100). I argued that in my experience in Toyotas, was that the transmission fluid was bad and needed to be flushed. I was told that was not the problem.
The remaining $1700 was for all “medium concern” repairs and maintenance needed on the truck. Findlay wanted to do spark plugs, fluids, filter changes, tire rotation, etc. Just about everything that could be simply replaced, they said I needed to do.
Upon pressing the advisor on these things, he stated the tech didn’t really look at them and just thought they would be needed…for the cost of $1700.
I asked upon drop-off if the diagnostic fee would go towards repair, I was told, “yes”. Over text, my advisor told me that the transmission service I wanted would be a separate charge out of pocket on top of the diagnostic fee. This would be around the $800 mark. I declined.
I picked up my truck and took it to a local mechanic. As expected, a $500 transmission flush fixed all the issues I had. The mechanic was shocked that a full replacement of the torque converter was advised to fix the issue. $500 fix instead of the mandatory $4100 repair I was told was needed.
The following day, I was asked to submit a review. I answered honestly. Courtney, the “Head of Service”, responded and, after some back and forth, offered me a refund of my diagnostic fee. To make this happen, I was told I needed to provide paperwork from the other mechanic, which involved running across town again, or they would not provide the refund, even though it was their dishonesty or incompetence that resulted in the situation unfolding in the first place.
Simply, go somewhere else. There are two reasons I had the experience:
1. They are dishonest and trying to fleece customers for every dime, suggesting repairs that aren’t necessary.
or
2. They are incompetent. Suggesting a massive amount of work done to a vehicle that does not need to be done is a massive screw-up.
I won’t be back. I would suggest you don’t either.
