I have had the worst experiences here . I had a mazda cx-5 every time i bring it to service , they’re very rude and i wait extra time for a oil change when everyone after me leaves before me all because i asked them
to change my number EVERYTIME. i’m sitting right in the waiting area . Cody is the only friendly and understanding gentleman.
THIS IS THE WORST PART . FINANCE . I sold this vehicle and they owe me a $1700 check for the warranty i cancelled and did not use . Ellen processed it and stated it will take 8-10 weeks and she confirmed my mailing address . This was Dec 30. COME 4 months i call about 4 times , i follow up with emails and get thrown around with excuses. Finance manager is so rude and keeps stating we’ll call back . This is not okay , don’t give me a promised time .
Highly recommend this Mazda. If Bianca is there please ask for her. This woman has been nothing short of amazing. She got me a great deal and also found the perfect car for me when the other dealers couldn’t. She has also helped out my parents with their car and are happy with their outcome. Unfortunately my car did end up having issues a month after buying it. However Ms Bianca worked some magic and was able to help me out with the car issues. My car is up and running again. Shout out to the service team as well since they were so helpful. I’m so glad my mom recommended this dealer to me because without them I wouldn’t have been able to not only find another car, but also been able to finance it. Especially with a bankruptcy on my credit.

Great customer service from John with no pressure, willingness to let us test drive while he was with another customer buying a vehicle. This is our second purchase from Findlay Mazda and couldn't be happier. I will say doing things online through findlay mazda (filling out application and choosing a car through the digital showroom was so easy, the only caveat is the dealership couldn't see the deal sheet).Easy enough to provide some screenshots and ended up signing for the vehicle minutes later.
