  I was really excited about using Penske, I planned out this move to Texas to the tee, I went into the Penske store three weeks in advance, talk to the lady about how I want a diesel truck and a 22' truck would be perfect she gave me a 10% discount for coming into the store that was awesome, I was super happy. Fast forward three weeks: hubby goes to pick up the truck, they come out with a 26' truck.. mind you were pulling my car on a trailer behind. WAY TO BIG! we had to settle with a 16' truck because they didn't have a 22 foot truck, but I had reserved a 22 foot Truck 3 weeks prior? didn't really have any other choice (no time) but to take the 16-foot truck and try and get all my stuff in it, and after there mess up they didn't try to discount it, they didn't even give me my original 10% off the truck for my initial coming into the store!! My antique Shoji screen was ruined, my mattress was ruined, my antique baby bassinet was ruined, all because I had to shove all my stuff into a truck that was too small, because Penske couldn't figure out how to get a 22 foot truck there, even though reserved it three weeks prior I would never recommend Penske to anyone they are not reliable!!! I was in tears unpacking that truck. Horrible moving experience, the trailer broke as we we're loading my car onto it, called the 24 hour road side assistance, they gave me a 60-90 min wait time it was 7 ok no problem. The guy got there at 11pm!! And called me twice to ask me what is was that excatly broke? Like I had a clue!! The truck was overloaded because it wasn't the diesel I had ordered so we went 55 miles an hour pretty much the whole way from NV to TX . Horrible experience! Wouldn't recommend!
