- SCsherri chaffer2 days ago1.0Your location at 10440 Eastern Ave in Henderson NV broke my mom's latch to her hood 3 weeks ago! The manager Matt was supposed to file a claim with Corporate and never did. I called today 3/10 and filed one myself! That's not the worst part - I reached out to the District Manager Devin Nutter and he simply didn't give a shit. He asked me to text him photos of the invoice my mom already provided to the manager at the store. His lack of empathy and his nonchalant attitude towards my situation explain why the store manager handled this poorly and all of the staff are unprofessional. DeviN seemed as if I was bothering him with my concern. I would never have to call or reach out to anyone had this been taken care of on 2/20 Claim number: 1779276 The worst experience ever! A simple oil change turned into a $600 problem!! Sketchy and very scammish! If I dont hear back in “24-48”, I'm going straight to small claims court.

Took my car here over a year ago and the African American manager or employee told me I needed new breaks and rotors and that it would be roughly 500 dollars and it needed to get fix that day. Took my car to multiple places told them to check everything and they never mentioned the breaks.. anyways I took my car to get the breaks done (somewhere else) they took everything apart and told me my breaks had half life used and they still had another half to go…. They didn’t charge me anything and told me I was good to go and likely good for another 100,000 plus miles smh
