Today, I paid $100 for full syn 5w-40, no problem, however, dumping that oil into my car out of an old dirty bucket, yea, not cool. Also, I just realized today ya'll have NEVER opened the air box to check the filter. I know this because I decided to check. It was the original damn air filter, I kid you not! That's probably just as much my fault as the "team" of people working on the car. Anyway, I gave my old filter to Micheal, the manager to show the team how bad it was. Why they never check the air box, I have absolutely no idea. Lastly, $145 for an oil change? Come on JL, really?

It was a friendly fast interaction, would recommend this location with this staff!
