- SMStephanie MarieJan 5, 20261.0I would not recommend this shop based on my experience on December 23rd. I drove my own car onto the lift as instructed. At the time, I was on an emotional phone call with my son, whom I had not spoken to in over a year. I informed the employee that I needed a moment, but instead of patience or professionalism, I was followed around my vehicle and spoken to with clear frustration and attitude when I didn’t immediately follow directions “perfectly.” While attempting to provide my ID and retrieve personal items from my car (I was staying at a nearby hotel for the holidays), I was repeatedly pushed to enter all my information myself on a tablet, despite already providing correct identification. This was all happening while I was still on the phone and visibly overwhelmed. The situation escalated when I was later informed that they could not perform the oil change I was charged for. The manager, Francis, stated they could not remove the drain plug or the oil filter. Despite this, I was still charged full price (around $200) for an oil change that was not completed. All that was done was oil being added on top of old oil, knowing full well that the drain plug and filter could not be removed. When I calmly asked for the new oil filter that I had already paid for (which was included in the price), I was talked down to and told I had an “attitude problem.” Being charged full price for incomplete work, spoken to disrespectfully, and dismissed when asking a reasonable question is unacceptable. This experience lacked professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service. I will not be returning.

I had a few issues with my car and they worked to diagnose the issue, found the fix, and have been a wonderful find for me as finding good trustworthy mechanics is hard to do. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube on Marks ask for Francis and he & Milton will get your car fixed and wont try to overcharge or try to sell you stuff you dont need.
