Went there with intentions to drop my car off per my insurance company, however when attempting to get the estimate done, Lew treated me as if I couldn’t afford their services and spoke to me in a belittling manner. He did not work with my insurance company, he did not keep me updated with anything- horrible customer service!! And definitely felt some racist vibes. No way would I leave my vehicle here!

Came in for an appointment I scheduled with my insurance and was told I couldn’t be helped because I needed some sort of email because they didn’t receive anything from the insurance company. I was even able to show in the app the appointment for this location. Then the girl behind the counter says it happened to someone else today and she thinks they rescheduled because they didn’t come back. Or maybe they saw the writing on the wall that this place obviously has so much business that they lost touch with good customer service. I understand you most definitely are not going to fix the car but when the insurance company is asking you over the phone to take care of me while they work through some sort of technology glitch and the collision shop says no that’s pretty sad. 20 minute interaction and one simple decision from them told me everything I need to know about this shop.

They worked on it twice, once a hit and run on the rear bumper, they did a great job repairing it, rental car place on site made it painless, only grip that wouldve made it 5 stars is that they forgot to rehook up the back up parking sensor, but they apologized and offered to bring it back and do it quickly. Second time they were very friendly unfortunately i got hit very hard near UNLV and they totalled the vehicle out, but everyone there was empathetic and helped me get my things out. Great place overall and do great work
