I purchased a 2026 Toyota Tundra. I had an amazing experience purchasing my vehicle, and I can’t say enough great things about Ethamar and Carlos. They were incredibly helpful from start to finish, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain every detail thoroughly. Their patience and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress free!
I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and dedication. I will absolutely be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you both again for making this such a positive experience!
I just purchased a used vehicle 9 days ago. I was sold on the warranty that "covers everything" by Joe, the finance advisor. A nail got stuck in one of my tires last night and I called about how we can get that handled. I am now being told by finance that there is a separate program for tires. So this warranty that "covers everything" does not cover everything. I've had a Toyota vehicle for 12 years and I take my car there for maintenance all the time. It's honestly disappointing. I've always had a good experience with Toyota and I feel like I have been a loyal customer.

Service department here is completely trash. They have children as service techs who drive your car like a manic while they “test” your radio. I finally had the chance to watch the video of my dash cam while my car was in service and these punks hit 90+ miles an hour in my car on the highway and then decided to go shopping at Whole Foods and left there receipt and trash in my car.
This place needs a good reality check. They gave me a free oil change when I called them out for this. But why the heck would I go back here for ANY reason. They didn’t even fix my issue I initially went in for. Not even for FREE service will I ever go back here.
I know the manager will reply to this defending these chumps but just know they talk a lot, but never actually fix issues.
Purchased 2026 Rav4 Limited -- interestingly, the first one sold at Findlay Toyota in 2026. Hilario Baez gave us excellent service -- searched for a car that met out needs and then "fought for us" -- several other salespersons also wanted the car, but Hilario stood his ground and called us to come and look at it. We bought it at a great price with no added or hidden fees. From Hilario (going the extra mile) to the finance gentleman (in the corner office) to Pam in new car delivery (one smart lady), we were treated with honesty, transparency, a little humor, and with an abundance of professionalism. Totally recommend Findlay Toyota in Henderson to anyone wanting to be treated responsively and with great respect.

Came in for oil change and recall on back up camera. 4 hours in was told the upgrade to computer fried my system. Part to replace on backorder for several weeks. Was given courtesy loaner. Was contacted 2 weeks in that I needed to trade in the loaner for another vehicle. I live over an hour away, work 12 hour shifts. Not very convenient, but complied. When my vehicle was ready I picked it up and took it to a car wash about a mile away as it was dirty and dusty. When I was wiping down the doors, I found the frame of driver's side window cracked and damaged. Returned immediately to dealership and was accused of lying, that "the damage was there when I dropped off" but they offered to look at video. I compiled. At first, told me "its on the video. You drove in with the damage" and offered to show me the video. My husband went in to look. Interesting- they pulled video from when I returned from car wash, not when I brought my vehicle in one month earlier for service. My husband pointed out the dates. Oh...right. They then stated they would look back to tbe date I dropped off. Well, my stars, it was NOT damaged when I pulled in for my original appointment. I heard no "sorry, I didn't mean to accuse you of lying" just " it was on us". So, I got to drive down, again, to have their error fixed, yes free of charge, but this whole experience left a sour taste. Will be using different dealership for service needs next time. Food for thought...not everyone is out to screw you. I take pride in what I have and work hard to get it. You were insulting and rude. Use this teachable moment for improvement and teach your staff about accountability. We all mess up, make mistakes. But to accuse and not report when the damage occurred makes it look like you were covering it up, hoping I wouldn't notice. 2 stars for accommodation of loaner veclhicle.
