- BSBen SmithFeb 23, 20265.0This is my second time renting with this location of Enterprise. When walking in the staff are all very welcoming and professional. I worked with Zair and Abbi. Zair was very friendly and knowledgeable. While I am currently renting because of an insurance situation he helped me get the upgraded vehicle I wanted with ease. Abbi was very thorough and friendly showing me to my vehicle and making sure all my questions were answered. I will definitely continue with this location for my rental needs.

They made the whole experience easy & breezy. The representatives are always friendly and efficient. I had the pleasure of working with Justin this time. He was very kind and really worked with me to help me in a stressful time. I never EVER thought I'd say this in a million years- but I had the opportunity to rent a mini van (2019 Chrysler Pacifica) and i kind of loved it 😆. It had some pretty cool features including remote start and only around 8.5k miles for a 2019! It was really comfortable and roomy inside and I liked it enough to consider possibly purchasing one on the future 😲😂 But- really, all in all, I think I've used this location at least 3x or more in the past and they have always been professional, courteous and kind. If you're looking for a rental car company in the Henderson area I would definitely consider coming into this location and renting here. They even have shuttles that can pick you up and drop you off if your car is being serviced nearby. Very convenient. 5 stars. 😁

However the vehicle was not even washed after the last use. There were soda spots every where dirt and grime. Very dirty but they pledge that they clean well! Smh
