    Bunch of lying crooks. Especially Riley the so called “ branch manager”. I purposely Booked thru their website for a cargo rental with lift gate by reserving days in advanced because speaking to them on the phone is a mental challenge for their staff. A day before the move , Riley calls and says your truck is not available because F1 took your truck. What is the point of making the truck available to reserve online then ?!! Riley never offered an apology and I had to ask him yall don’t even offer apologies to your customers ? He then offered a stake truck when it’s clearly going to rain tomorrow and the weekend. Some great training and staff you have there at your Henderson branch ! Hiring liars and unprofessional, unqualified workers like Riley working at a rental place. What a joke. Lastly, I was able to get the same truck from their Warm Springs location after being told another lie by Riley that ALL OF NEVADA’s trucks are taken due to F1. Just admit you made the mistake and don’t have the authority or education to make things correctable by asking other branches of available vehicles.

    Its a big enterprise with lots of cars, with an easy and fast rental proces. However, I do not feel this location was as accommodating as other enterprise locations I have dealt with in the past.

    Unprofessional and Unhelpful Experience – Employee ID e676s9 (Zair) I dropped my rental car off at the Spring Mountain Enterprise location on Friday, 11/7/2025, and was assisted by Zair (Employee ID e676s9). Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Zair informed me that the insurance company (American Family) had stopped paying for the rental the day before and that I supposedly owed for an additional day. I explained that I never authorized any extra charges since the rental was fully covered through insurance due to a collision claim. He said he would leave the account open to try and get payment from the insurance, but still charged me $120 on the spot — without providing a clear explanation or any itemized details, even though I had already been charged $134 and $180 earlier. When I requested a receipt or any paperwork confirming the drop-off, he refused to provide one. I expressed that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving without documentation, and instead of helping, he laughed and told me I was “overreacting and wouldn't screw me.” His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were absolutely unacceptable. To this day, I still have no paperwork or confirmation that the rental was properly closed out. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received and hope Enterprise management reviews this situation seriously.

    Excellent customer service. Unlimited amount of vehicles to choose from, no waits. If you download the app, you can reserve a vehicle online and checkout is expediated. Prices are fair and staff are wonderful to interact with. Free local shuttle. Thank you for taking good care of us every time we visit.
