That was the plan I had in mind when I started my day out. I got offers at a few different places, but something told me to stop at Enterprise and see if they were interested. Their offer was by far the best and their used cars are very competitively priced compared to those in the area - really good cars too. I dealt with Khy and he was fantastic ! He was the reason I decided to trade my car in right there on the spot, even though that wasn't even the plan. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with him. The environment was also pressure free which was great. I am very happy with my purchase. The vehicle even came with a 12-month / 12,000 mile warranty, and they threw in a 5 year tire and windshield protection plan. I even got to trade in my car and take my new vehicle home with me on the spot - the process was very quick and easy. Khy even messaged me the next day to thank me for my business and sent me a list of business they recommend for and potential services or upgrades I may need for my vehicle. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

I have rented vehicles from enterprise for over a decade, weeks at a time, never having a complaint or issue with any vehicle I’ve ever rented. Due to situations beyond my control I had to rent a car from this location, which I’ve never used before. They couldn’t get a hold of me for a couple days cause I was out of town in a remote location with no cellular service. When they were able to get a hold of me the manager banned me from ever renting a car from enterprise again. And this is a company wide band. Mind you, I have never met the manager or talked with them. I have called and left messages to call me back emailed and called corporate never getting a response from the manager. The car was returned in the same condition I rented it, and the bill was paid in full. Yet I am still banned from ever renting a car from enterprise again. As I am a mental health expert, it is clear after months of trying to get this matter resolved, I have concluded that the manager is a narcissist and to be avoided at all costs. This is what happens when you give someone in your company too much power with no accountability. Avoid this location.
