I told the employee I would like to only set it up for the first day while I get used to the car and that’s what was agreed upon. I paid the $100 deposit plus $20 for the one day of insurance. Upon returning the car, they were unable to return my deposit because they had mistakenly put the insurance in for the whole week! I was obviously very upset so I was complaining with the female manager over the phone. She was very rude the whole time and was taking the side of the employee, yet she wasn’t there when he made the mistake. She ended up hanging up mid-conversation and ignored all my calls. I’m not sure if they meant to scam me for $100 or if it was a mistake, but the lack of professionalism by a manager is disturbing to me.
