  I purchased 3 motor mounts from the Stephanie location 5 months ago. About 1 month after install, they all went bad. These were refurbished not OEM I had to get new ones installed by Acura for 2600. The old ones I took back and Jamel the store manager took them Back no questions asked He’s a phenomenal leader and deserves higher promotion. He took care of the client and will always have my business This is store 633

  Five Stars and a Big Thank You to this AutoZone location. They were quick to assess my needs and, additionally, offered a helping hand. Huge shout out was earned by Israel, a mature young man with a promising future. Upon my description of the problem, Israel came up with a plan, a back-up plan and the tools to tackle the predicament. His quick action saved the day, my son’s van and his appointment, in the shortest possible amount of time. Apart from our appreciation, Israel and his manager, earned our loyalty to AutoZone for all future needs. My family will spread the good news; the extra mile Israel and AutoZone went for us was no minor thing. And yet, it was an automatic reflex for Israel. A Hero was amongst us today. Thank you.
