Awesome service otherwise. Richard Villa did a great job helping me, even though I got Autozone confused with the now closed down Advanced Auto Parts. He helped me find the battery I needed and we ordered it to come in later that day. When I called to see if it was in, that's when I had the bad phone experience with a lady who said "we don't got that" and hung up on me. I immediately drove there and they clearly had my battery in stock. They do not assist with batteries in the trunk!! (Hyundai Sonata 2012) Thankfully they did it for me because it was their mistake (no harm no foul) just might want to keep that in mind. Thank you guys, great service Richard and Trayvon!

- BBben barringerOct 15, 20255.0I had just tried to force on a steering pulley with a hammer. Bad idea. I broke it and brought it back here to use it as a core for the core charge. Treyvon was extremely personable and helpful and instead of using it as a core charge he exchanged it for me. You guys just earned a customer for my entire time in Nevada. Staff has always been kind and helpful and the store has always had things stocked well but Treyvon is above and beyond. (also I apologize if I'm spelling your name wrong)
