Awesome service otherwise. Richard Villa did a great job helping me, even though I got Autozone confused with the now closed down Advanced Auto Parts. He helped me find the battery I needed and we ordered it to come in later that day. When I called to see if it was in, that's when I had the bad phone experience with a lady who said "we don't got that" and hung up on me. I immediately drove there and they clearly had my battery in stock. They do not assist with batteries in the trunk!! (Hyundai Sonata 2012) Thankfully they did it for me because it was their mistake (no harm no foul) just might want to keep that in mind. Thank you guys, great service Richard and Trayvon!
