- NLnick lopezApr 21, 20261.0The driver was awesome the dispatcher lady was a liar or didn't have full knowledge that the tow guys do carry air compressors she said they do not carry them and proceeded to charge me 220 for a 17 mile tow idk if that was reasonable 🤔 all i needed was air in my tire and she tried to get me to tow the vehicle the tow driver was awesome tho he charged me very little for air when I was stuck and made it home.

The woman at dispatch for no apparent reason reported to AAA that my 6 cyl mini van was an Rv which blocked me from receiving service for a whole daY. Because of their actions, I sat for another day while verifying with AAA that it is a mini van, that I don’t live (apparently van life has gotten out of control). Taking advantage of a stranded individual by trying to say they needed to send larger equipment (thereby charging more) has cost me tremendously and these people are not to be trusted!
- BWBeci WeedMar 19, 20265.0Used Silver State Towing twice in early March 2026, the first being through my AAA Roadside and the second being through the rental car roadside service. Both times the drivers were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help with the issue at hand. My specific situation was a little complicated and they were very flexible and willing to accommodate however they could. Communication was great - received a text right away letting me know the drivers name and ETA; driver also followed up with a call. I will definitely call them again if I ever need their services.
