- SRSheanon RileyMar 9, 20265.0Gotta say, nothing to make me think otherwise; this place is clean, plenty of parking, showers are in great shape, and the people? Let me me tell you about the people. Friendly is an understatement and it's not forced. Helpful and caring? Absolutely. If I had to make a complaint? Cell service isn't the greatest, but there's wifi aplenty. I've stopped here plenty of times before and it's always the same. Thanks for being a beacon on the interstate!
- JSJosh SMar 6, 20265.0The best customer service. The manager Beth was fantastic. She greeted me as I walked through the doors. She went above and beyond helping find a certain product. She spoke to me like a person. I travel the US for work and out all the people I meet, Beth even suggested a pilot rewards card. I signed up and now get points when I shop. Beth was the nicest most genuine whole hearted person that I have met. Great job Beth and great job Pilot travel center.

- ANa nevelsFeb 1, 20265.0This Guy JeVon. Where do I begin. Well...as a regular patron 1st thing I notice walking in was the greeting. Not the normal greeting this was intentional towards all the guest. And it was consistent as I came in and out of the store several times while doing a 34hr reset at this stop. If I wasn't born I'd say he's the most professional person I've met in action. Maintaining that level of professionalism for that long consistently caught my attention. No offense Flying J this guy belongs somewhere else. Please show this guy some love if you see him
