They were definitely trying to get everyone in and out. Now for the "Not so good part" I have a 2013 Ford Cmax-Hybrid. I like taking my cars to Jiffy Lube for the oil changes. The convience with price is my main reason. • I ask about my check engine light and getting it cleared out, like all the other times in the past after completing oil change. The employees at Fallon Nv, the tech who was helping me said this....... " I don't know how to, these newer models and hybrids seem to be different-harder." About 3 of the techs including the manager/supervisor, were all at my driver door trying to figure it out, but they couldn't. I finally said, "I have an appt, I have to leave." After that I was directed out of the garage and was on my way. Later, I did my search found steps to reseting check engine light on 2016 Ford Cmax-hybrid, and fixed it myself.

They inspected the car and alerted me to other things that should be addressed, but didn't do anything without my permission which is appreciated. Only downside is the fee. Even with coupons an oil change is over $100 which is absolutely absurd in my opinion, but that has nothing to do with the service I received today from the associates.
