Yeah I am no sure who your parts manager was today but she sure did make yall loose my business here just trying to ask about other alternators she had listed but rudely informed me they had the more expensive one in stock instead of offering me to order or anything else. Idk why it was so hard for her to do her job and the multitasking of being rude good job. I am glad she can multi task in this way and not be able to be nice and do her job.

This place needs better employees. I’ve called all of last week to see if the oil recycle container is still full and today I’m just told “ we no longer recycle oil”. Not once did anyone say this location no longer recycles old oil. The answer was “it hasn’t been picked up yet”. There was also a sign on the window which stated the container was full when I went in to purchase oil for an oil change.

Awesome peeps here! I was being dumb that day and couldn't put on my wiper blades. Lol The girl that helped me was awesome! Come to find out, I bought the wrong blades and wasn't that dumb after all hahahah we had a good laugh!
**********Update*******
The other day, I got wipers from Walmart but their service center was closed. My man has a jacked up shoulder and couldn't put them on. I tried and couldn't get them on. So in the interest of time, went to O'Reilly's and asked if they could help. The kid at O'Reilly's stood there with a deer in the headlights look and turned to look at the manager who didn't say anything. Another customer came in and went right to the kid and he helped him, ignoring my question, so at that point, said "well I will just go over to Auto Zone where they won't ignore me" and walked out the door and drove to Auto Zone where they were all to happy to help this damsel In distress! Lol! I should mention that it was the windiest day with a storm brewing !! Thanks again guys!! You rock!!!
