Unfortunately, today will be the last time I do so. I was quoted $75 for a simple rock chip repair—even though the original windshield was purchased through Safelite back when Rick and Erica were still running things and honoring their promises. It’s clear the shift to a large corporate model has taken priority over supporting our community. Services that were once guaranteed with a new windshield purchase are no longer honored, and the focus now feels like squeezing every dollar out of local customers. I highly recommend Elko, NV residents consider other options for windshield service. We deserve businesses that value loyalty and don’t take advantage of the community.
