Lila sent me the estimate which showed 3 hours of diag time and 2 hours of “just in case” time. She promised they would adjust it with the final bill. Well that didn’t happen. They took their master technician off my job and put an apprentice on it. When I saw the apprentice throwing a tantrum at the back of my bus I told the Service Manager and we ended up with having an additional night hotel stay. My Cummins dealer back home told me the turbo actuator takes 1 1/2 hours to install. While waiting for my bus I overheard the branch manager reaming the service manager about billable hours and threatening termination. Well here comes my bill with 8 hours billed out. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the over charge but they didn’t care. You might notice their good reviews are from several years ago. We paid over $3000 for a job that should have been $1800 at the most.
