  !!!Please Read!!! Ace mini storage is not secure and video surveyed as they lead you to believe. I had a 6 x 10 white haul-mark utility trailer stolen right out from under their noses and they claim not responsible for the lost or theft of stored items in their yard. The website clearly states that there is 24/7 video surveillance and that is is secure. That is very false advertising as I asked if they had video of the lot where I stored my trailer and they claimed there is no camera's back there. I don't understand how something so big and noticeable can be stolen from a yard like that and for Ace mini storage to wash their hands of this incident so quickly. This really upsets me and I am going to find a way to recover this trailer. Please note as well I had locks on all doors and hitches on this thing and it still was taken. Im very sad that this can happen and out of a supposedly secure facility. Please think twice before you store your stuff here as it is very possible to have something taken and for the owner of this place to quickly admit no responsibility of this incident. Police report is to follow and I will be removing anything else I have stored at this facility as I do not feel any of it is safe at all anymore.
