  Kudos to the 3 young gentlemen that were closing the car wash on Saturday evening. I was rushing to finish vacuuming my car because they were closing and left my lights on, resulting in a dead battery. I had no phone or jumper cables so I asked an employee if he could give me a jump. To make a long story short, the 3 guys that were closing went out of their way to help me get my car started. They were kind, courteous, and professional. I wanted to thank them for helping me, this was true customer service at its best, which seems to be rare these days. Keep up the good work guys!

  I paid $15 at Sierra Express Car Wash, but my car was not cleaned at all. The equipment did not work properly and the service failed. This is not acceptable. I am requesting a refund and immediate attention to this problem so other customers are not affect

  The Sierra Car Wash does a phenomenal job at keeping my Subie in tip top condition at a reasonable price. The attendants are friendly and helpful as well. In fact my rear window wiper fell off in the wash tunnel and they went back through it and returned it to me. Excellent service and excellent product provided by excellent people.

  The car wash does a good job and vacumes work good at the north carson street location. They also always give me an air freshener and dash wipe at this location. At the south carson street location they never offer me the air freshener or dash wipe and the vacuum isn't as good.

  Terrible waste of money....dirt all over the car after the wash. I will.have to re-wash it. Worst $15 I ever spent. I definitely won't do that again.
