  Raised rates $10 more a month for less service. They never have competent staff. Today, the lady was working alone and only sprayed half the car and no big juice. Nonetheless, the car never got cleaned. Charge this kind of money and the service sucks. We’ve been customers since inception and what we get is your rates raised because we are getting a new soap. How about get new staff who want a job and care. You should always use bug juice but nope. I don’t think half the staff even knows about the bug juice. What they prefer to do is blast your car with the wand to remove the bugs and then jeopardize your paint.

  They are charging my bank account without my permission for a monthly membership. Refused to give me my money back. Beware of what the attendents tell you.

  Was nice when it first opened, but the water stinks like sewage from time to time. Kinda gross

  Depends on which one , minden and downtown Carson 5 star . But the one by less swab not so good .

  My car always looks amazing after going through Sierra Car Wash. Great service and kind hospitality. If I could change anything, I would ask that the water they used to wash the car does not smell so bad. Besides that, everything is great.
