    These guys were great, my car battery died two parking lots over and they took the time to walk over and jump my car and then tested my battery. Couldn't recommend more - fantastic service

    I received great service that was speedy and comprehensive. The employees are professional and considerate. Everything was explained to me in detail and was even shown to me. I would definitely recommend this location. Thanks to Jax and teammates for such great service.

    Things went OK except for 3 things that really drag the review down. First, air filters are way overpriced. $75 for a $25 part? No thanks. Second, there is a lack of professionalism among some of the staff. The guy who torqued my tires on threw my lock across the shop to his coworker instead of handing it to them like a normal person. Third, the staff member pulling me out of the bay was a bit snarky when I mentioned the hood wasn’t down. She said it was down, when in fact, it was not.

    I was trying to get my brakes serviced for my sprinter van. I had an appointment at one Jiffy Lube in Carson City, and I called 10 minutes before arrival and they told me that their brake tech was not in that day, and they were unsure why anyone had told me I could have an appointment. I had an hour drive to get there, So I decided to see if another Jiffy Lube could help . I then went to another Jiffy Lube in Carson City, and they told me there were two cars ahead of me, and that they could likely get my brakes fixed that day. I waited for seven hours at that Jiffy Lube and they told me an hour before closing time, that they would likely not be able to help me out. It was a colossal waste of time.

    Exceptional customer service! Jacks was our initial contact this afternoon at Jiffy Lune and we couldn’t have asked for a more professional and friendly experience! Great job to Jacks!!!! Also, at the checkout, we talked to Dave and he was equally as friendly and professional! Looks like Jiffy Lube’s training or their priorities in hiring professionals is working!!! Fantastic job all around! Thank you!!!!
