  Had a misunderstanding, Victoria immediately made it right & later Cameron made sure everything went smoothly. Great team. Only feedback is concerning new weekend drop off policy. A different approach would be better.

  It would probably be in the best interest of enterprise to: 1) Clarify ahead of time the difference between utilizing a credit card versus a debit card. How is someone supposed to be prepared ahead of time with proof of residency if they're unaware of these requirements? Not only that, but how does a bank statement not count towards these requirements? 2) Speak respectfully to the customer when addressing these concerns instead of having a condescending attitude and doing essentially everything possible to deny them their rental. 3) Suggest alternative courses of action to ensure the customer is able to complete their purchase in a way that is compliant with the requirements needed by corporate. You would think that enterprise doesn't want to take your money by the way the younger gentleman was attempting to deny my reservation. We had to come to the solution on our own, I think it was simple enough of a resolution that it should have been suggested by enterprise, but instead they wasted hours of our time by trying everything in their power to deny us. I am certain that corporate would be upset if they saw how this younger skinnier gentleman handled our reservation.

  I’ve been renting from them for years and have had a good experience without fail. I’m so happy they’re here, because I always need a pickup and drop-off!

  This is maybe the 4th time I've rented a vehicle from this location, or any location for that matter in over a year now. Before this latest rental, which earned the five-star rating, I would not have left a review at all. When it comes to reviews, I like to remember what "Thumpers Mom said to Thumper" in the movie "Bambi". Do I really need to quote her? No, good because If I have something good to say to someone, then I should say it! Now seeing as they are the only place to rent a vehicle in Carson City, they pretty much have the power to make or break your plans. No matter what happens though, the people at this location are all very good people. Seriously, they are very helpful, kind, patient, and they have good attitudes in that they treat people in a way that makes you want to go back. I feel I need to explain the one huge difference this time compared to the other times. All 4 times that I rented from this location I requested an economy vehicle you know, good gas mileage. This time they succeeded in a great way. Before this last rental however, my economy car to choose from was a full-size truck or full-size SUV. I just figured, seeing as they were the only rental car place in the area, they could call a tank an economy car and there would be nothing I could have done, except rent it or don't rent it. Ha ha. They should get a laugh out of that one, I hope. Truly, these people do try to treat you right and get you into something that will work. Have a great day! Thanks for the ride home too!
