I then buy the battery, Get told that my terminals are good and they’re in good condition and that I Can still use them and save them. Then when he goes to put the battery in my car, it doesn’t start and then I have to buy a brand new terminals, after he already took out the old ones and then realizes that he doesn’t have one of them in store. So that’s already $250 spent. Then I drive back to Reno and my car breaks on me. I have to get it towed to a mechanic shop all to realize that they put in the wrong battery and my terminals would’ve been fine if I had the right battery. Not to mention, I was sitting in their parking lot for three hours while this kid was struggling to work on my car, Said he could do it and then he wasn’t able to.
