- TST S6 days ago5.0No one wants to break down, but if you have to pick a place to do so, make it Battle Mountain Nevada. Durick's towing dropped me at Point S in Battle Mountain and a tech was in the driveway to receive me. All signs pointed to me being on the road, and not local to the area. He ran a diagnostic and was able to get me into the bay on the next business day. This may not be a normal occurrence as they seemed to be a few weeks out, but I mention it to say that a judgement call was made at the time to get me back on the road. I am so appreciative. These folks were great. Attentive, and reassuring during the holiday crunch. The office was communicative, I got a phone call at the start of each morning just letting me know what was going on for the two days the truck was in the shop. I drive an older vehicle and the part needed for a repair was actually in stock at their shop, which saved a few days of idle time. The cost was fair, with the labor hours clearly communicated as well as printed on the quote. At all times I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. From the questions they asked about the symptoms, to the language they used when suggesting the repair....I felt valued and felt like I was among the best mechanics in the west. Stay a while, check out the town. Nicest little village I have been to in years, everyone equally as kind as the folks at Point S. Thank you!

Point S took us in and immediately treated us like family, making sure that we were very well taken care of and got us back on the road so that we could be with our family just in time for Christmas. Thank you for providing exceptional care!
