Rental was okay besides we have to wait a little bit for someone to come from the office, and returning situation was horrible. Parking spaces are limited at YZF and I just want to have my invoice before I left, but it took about an hour for someone to come. Not a lot of variety in car choice but it was alright but could do better.

Evan attended to us and he is courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful, including providing information on Yellowknife and where to see Aurora Borealis. Evan completed the paperwork smoothly and efficiently. As we were about to drive off the rented car, we realized that we needed additional information to ask him. This happened twice and Evan answered us patiently and professionally. We thank Evan for his understanding and we greatly appreciated all his help. Thank you Even for looking after us.
