Rental was okay besides we have to wait a little bit for someone to come from the office, and returning situation was horrible. Parking spaces are limited at YZF and I just want to have my invoice before I left, but it took about an hour for someone to come. Not a lot of variety in car choice but it was alright but could do better.

We called the customer service and try to fix that situation, but nothing happened! So, we lost one day with car and a tour for 3 people, and when we did drop off, we got only 10% discount! I absolutely don’t recommend this place!

- YXYs XieDec 12, 20182.0这家店比较黑，绝对不是National的自营店，应该是合作关系，信用卡扣款居然不是National，是一家黄刀的小公司，要不是金额和内容一致，我都以为是诈骗。本来按照National的规定，车辆可以无条件升一级，但是工作人员不肯，要求加钱才可以。另外吐槽是，所有的完成后，在National居然没有积分。 还有楼上说的中国驾照问题，的确是。就是香港驾照+中国护照，也很麻烦，在我强烈要求下，他接受了中国护照+香港驾照。（之前卡尔加里的National这样用过）
