- APalex powerFeb 17, 20261.0Rental vehicle smelled of cigarettes and dirty laundry. There was trash in the back seat (maybe from previous renter?). Left-turn signal works intermittently. All wheel drive stopped working on second day; when I called them, I was told "yeah, it does that when it's cold". The only reason I chose this vehicle over another was the all wheel drive. Rent at own risk.

Rental was okay besides we have to wait a little bit for someone to come from the office, and returning situation was horrible. Parking spaces are limited at YZF and I just want to have my invoice before I left, but it took about an hour for someone to come. Not a lot of variety in car choice but it was alright but could do better.

The rental car itself needs some TLC. Wasn't the cleanest and smelled like smoke even though the cars are supposed to be non-smoking. Seems like the smell was being covered up with an air freshener but it just made things worse. Staff-great! Car-average.
